After all, a 2005 study by the National Association of Realtors revealed that sellers who used Realtors got prices that were, on average, 16% higher than those who sold independently. That 16% difference dwarfs our commission—or even a full price broker’s commission.

Still, we know that some of you out there are hell-bent on trying to sell your homes yourselves, and in a way, we admire your spirit.
